By accessing or purchasing on this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase a course. Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent. By using this platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Course Access

  • Course access is granted to the purchasing individual only — not transferable
  • Lifetime access is provided for individual course purchases
  • We reserve the right to update course content to maintain relevance
  • Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course requirements

4. Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay / UPI)
  • GIONA Technologies does not store card or UPI credentials
  • A payment confirmation will be emailed upon successful transaction

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and certificates are the exclusive intellectual property of GIONA Technologies. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course content without written permission. Certificates may be shared for professional purposes (LinkedIn, job applications) with proper attribution.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or course materials with third parties
  • Reproduce or resell any GionaNexus content
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt platform systems

7. Disclaimers

GionaNexus certificates indicate training completion and skill proficiency. They are not government-issued qualifications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Course content is provided in good faith for educational purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

GIONA Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
